The organization provides free memoir workbooks, AI-powered story preservation tools, and interactive workshops that guide participants through capturing and safeguarding their personal histories. By making story preservation accessible to all, the foundation strengthens connections, honors legacies, and ensures life experiences are remembered and celebrated.

The company supports the Memories In Writing Foundation by providing the technology backbone for its outreach. With a focus on innovation, strategic growth, and community engagement, Memories In Writing LLC makes story preservation accessible, engaging, and lasting.
From tinkering on a Commodore 64 to leading $18B global supply chains, my journey has been fueled by curiosity, resilience, and a passion for mentoring others and elevating organizations. A Detroit native and young single parent, I launched my first tech business, which opened the door to my first corporate role at Owens-Illinois, working on Y2K readiness projects. That opportunity sparked a progressive career, ultimately leading to senior leadership roles at Owens-Illinois, 3M, GE, GM, and Libbey Glass, while serving on public, private, and nonprofit boards and holding advisory roles.
Inspired by my mother’s early-onset dementia diagnosis, I founded Memories In Writing to help people preserve their life stories, later expanding the mission with the Memories In Writing Foundation. Today, through Rhondia LLC and as CEO of Vision-e, I blend innovation, strategy, and humanity to create lasting impact.
